Kıvanç is a Career Consultant with over 35 years of business experience. He has co-founded E&E Group in 1992 which is a leading HR Consultancy Company in Turkey.
He is a known Executive Search Consultant for Permanent and Interim Executives as well as Board Members.
He is also an Outplacement & Workforce Reduction Consultant, Executive Coach, Assessment, Learning and Change Management Consultant. Worked mostly in blue chip companies in many sectors including FMCG, IT and Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing.
Before E&E Group, he has ten years of managerial experience in multinational and local companies (Unilever, DEC & Apple) in HR, Sales and Marketing functions, which gave him a strong insight into international and local corporate world, all levels management integration, identification and development processes for Executive Talent.
He has a B.A. in Economics at Bosphorus University – Istanbul, in 1981.
Member of TABA (Turkish-American Businessmen’s Association), YDD (Turkish Management Consultants Association), BÜMED (Bosphorus University Alumni), PERYÖN (Personnel Managers Association), Founder member of EMCC Turkey and Turkish Business Council Sustainable Development (TBCSD) Associations. He is a founder member of General Managers (GM) Club Platform and is currently the Advisory Board President.
