Sıddık Tetik brings more than 30 years experience of FMCG, Personal Care and Drinks sectors from an accomplished career at Gillette, Procter&Gamble (P&G) and Bacardi.

He has held various top executive positions as general management, commercial operations and regional business management roles across Asia Pacific, Middle East ,Turkey and Eastern Europe. He worked as the CEO of Gillette Turkey and Mediterranean / Balkans /Eastern European markets. He built the most effective business model for the region delivering outstanding business results. Later he moved to China as the CEO of Gillette’s joint venture with the People’s Republic of China. He was also responsible from Hong Kong and Taiwan for building of highly recognized consumer brands while leading the integration process in to P&G Greater China operations.

He also served as the CEO of P&G Philippines for turnaround the overall business and grew the sales and profitability significantly. Tetik focused on building an effective commercial organization ,expanding strategic brands in to all channels and leveraging the capabilities of manufacturing. He worked as the President & CEO of Bacardi APAC region based in Hong Kong. Tetik lead the execution of the overall commercial strategy for the Asia Pacific region, as well as the general management of the diverse business comprising 19 countries including Australia, New Zealand, Greater China, India, and countries within North and South East Asia. He is a founder member of General Managers (GM) Club Platform and is currently an Advisory Board Member.
